Every single person there is kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. Dr. Smith has been such a blessing—he always takes his time, listens, and never makes us feel rushed or like just another appointment on the calendar. His compassion and care mean the world, especially as my sweet pup is now almost 18 years old. We’re moving to Woodstock soon, and I’m honestly considering making the long drive just to keep coming here. That’s how much they’ve come to mean to us.
